Sponsor an Elisabeth von Trapp concert
To help you in promoting your concert, Elisabeth has a staff in place to help guide and assist you with pre-concert preparations. We will provide you with a Concert Promotion Plan, which is a 14 - week checklist to help you through the process of organizing, recruiting volunteers, printing tickets and selecting the best schedule for using newspaper, radio, telephone and flyers. Concert posters can be purchased in a variety of sizes.
How much does it cost?
Our concert coordinator can discuss several ways to arrange a concert. Exact arrangements and cost will depend upon the type of concert you wish to have and whether the concert is part of a scheduled tour. Only you can discern whether a concert is feasible in your area and right for your organization
What about advertising costs?
You are responsible for the cost of posters, mailings, flyers and other advertising you may wish to do. Many concert promoters have found creative ways to save money by partnering with a local radio station or newspaper or having printing services donated in exchange for advertising on the tickets or concert program.
Your concert will be promoted on Elisabeth’s website and by e-mail at no cost to you.
When will Elisabeth be available?
Elisabeth regularly visits large areas of the United States at different times of the year, usually in the spring and fall. She is also available for special appearances at any time during the year that her schedule permits, for concerts and speaking engagements. Our concert coordinator will be able to provide you with exact dates.
Elisabeth’s office is ready to answer any of your questions. We will assist you in any way possible to help make your concert a success.
